- 4 oz-1/2 of 8 oz. pkg- fat free cream cheese, softened
- 1-1/2 cups cold fat free milk
- 2 pkg fat free lemon flavor instant pudding & pie filling
- 1 tub free whip topping, thawed
CRUST Low Fat
- Keebler Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 1 tub of Promise Margin
Fat Free crust-use use a large fat free tortilla shell for a pie crust, press down in pan, sprinkle sugar and cinnamon)
- Beat fat free cream cheese in large bowl with wire whisk until smooth.
- slowly beat in milk until well blended.
- Add both pudding mixes. Beat until smooth.
- Immediately stir in 1/2 free whip topping.
- Spoon into crust.
- Frost with remaining whipped topping.
- Refrigerate for 2 1/2 hours or until set.
